    Management Packages: a comparative overview


    Management Packages (ManPacks) are incentive schemes rooted in Agency Theory, designed to resolve the principal-agent conflict by aligning the interests of managers and employees with those of shareholders and investors through performance-based rewards. By granting executives access to capital and equity upside, ManPacks incentivise long-term value creation.

    This article provides a comparative overview of the legal frameworks, typical structures and key tax risks associated with ManPacks in France, Germany and Italy.
