5th Berlin Dispute Resolution Days

On 1 October, the 5th Berlin Dispute Resolution Days will take place in Berlin.

As part of the conference, from 9 to 11 am, ADVANT will host a panel discussion entitled "Tackling Superficial Awards and Judgments: Depth of Reasoning and the Right to Be Heard". The panel will bring together practitioners to discuss the standards of reasoning in arbitral awards and court judgments, as well as the right to be heard in dispute resolution proceedings.

ADVANT will be represented by Dr Tobias Pörnbacher and Helena Thiel and Gökce Uzar Schüller (all ADVANT Beiten), alongside Benjamin Dors (ADVANT Altana) and Jonathan Raynes (Steptoe International (UK) LLP).
